Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:422

Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Al-A’mash narrated to us, from Habib, from ‘Urwah ibn ‘Amir, he said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) was asked about *al-tiyarah* (omens). Then he mentioned the like of the hadith of Abu Mu’awiyah, except that he said: "And there is no power and no strength except by You."
