Abu Usama narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Yazid ibn Jabir, Bishr ibn Ziyad narrated to us, from Sulayman ibn Abd Allah, from Utrays ibn Arqub, who said: Abd Allah said: Whoever says when his food is placed before him: "In the name of Allah, the best of names for Allah in the earth and in the heaven; with His name, no disease causes harm. O Allah, place in it blessing, wellness, and healing," that food will not harm him, whatever it may be.
