Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:453

Ali ibn Mushir narrated to us, from al-Ajlah, from Zayd ibn al-Asamm, from Ibn Abbas, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) heard a man saying, "What Allah wills and what so-and-so wills." He said, "You have made me an equal to Allah. Say: 'What Allah wills.'"
