Abu Khalid al-Ahmar Sulayman ibn Hayyan narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn ‘Ajlan, from Sa‘id ibn Abi Sa‘id, from ‘Uqbah ibn ‘Amir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No seeker has sought, and no seeker of refuge has sought refuge, with the likes of them," meaning the two *Mu‘awwidhatayn* (Surah al-Falaq and Surah an-Nas).
