Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:501

'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Ishaq, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "When one of you is startled in his sleep, let him say: 'In the name of Allah. I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from His anger, the evil of His punishment, the evil of His servants, and from the evil of the devils and that they should be present.'"
