Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:516

Hatim ibn Isma'il narrated to us, from Ja'far, from his father, from Jabir, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), that he began at al-Safa and ascended it until he saw the House (the Kaaba). He declared the oneness of Allah and magnified Him, and said: "There is no god but Allah alone, He has no partner. To Him belongs the dominion, and to Him belongs the praise, and He is capable of all things. There is no god but Allah; He fulfilled His promise, aided His servant, and defeated the confederates alone." Then he supplicated with a supplication between that. He said the like of this three times. Then he came to al-Marwa and did upon al-Marwa as he had done upon al-Safa.
