Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:56

Abu Mu'awiyah and Waki' narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Thumamah ibn 'Uqbah al-Muhallami, from al-Harith ibn Suwayd, who said: Abdullah said: "If one of you has a leader whose arrogance and oppression he fears, let him say: 'O Allah, Lord of the heavens and Lord of the Great Throne, be a protector for me against so-and-so and his factions and his followers, lest they commit excess against me or act tyrannically. Mighty is Your protection, and majestic is Your praise, and there is no god other than You.'" Except that Abu Mu'awiyah added to it: Al-A'mash said: "So I mentioned it to Ibrahim, and he narrated from Abdullah the like of it, and added to it: '...from the evil of the jinn and mankind.'"
