Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:586

Waki’ narrated to us, from Hasan ibn Salih, from Mansur, from a sheikh whose kunya was Abu Muhammad, that al-Husayn ibn ‘Ali used to say in the qunut of the witr: "O Allah, indeed You see and are not seen, and You are at the highest vantage point, and to You is the return, and to You belongs the Hereafter and the first [life]. O Allah, we seek refuge in You from being humiliated and disgraced."
