Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:64

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Zayd ibn al-Hubab narrated to us, he said: Abd al-Jalil ibn Atiyyah narrated to me, he said: Ja'far ibn Maymun narrated to me, he said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Bakrah narrated to me, he said: I heard my father supplicating with this supplication: "O Allah, grant me wellness in my body. O Allah, grant me wellness in my hearing. O Allah, grant me wellness in my sight. There is no god but You," in the morning and in the evening. So I said to him: "O my father, I heard you supplicating with this supplication in the morning and in the evening." He said: "O my son, I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, supplicating with it, and I love to follow his Sunnah."
