Hafs narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), nor Abu Bakr, nor Umar, disclosed anything to us regarding the prayer over the deceased.
