Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:695

Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa’id ibn Sa’id, who said: Nafi’ ibn Jubayr caught up with me when I had turned away from the Maghrib [prayer]. I said, "What is the matter with you?" He said, "When you pass by the grave of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say: 'Peace be upon the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and the mercy of Allah,' for the devil says: 'No companionship.' And when you enter upon your family, say: 'Peace be upon you,' for the devil says: 'No overnight stay.' And when your dinner is brought to you, say: 'In the name of Allah,' for the devil turns away, driven off, saying to his companions: 'No overnight stay and no dinner.'"
