Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:702

Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Mansur, from Mujahid, who said: It used to be said: When a man leaves the mosque, let him say: "In the name of Allah, I have placed my trust in Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the evil of that for which I have gone out."
