Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:703

Ahmad ibn Ishaq narrated to us, he said: 'Uzra ibn Qays, the master of food, narrated to me, he said: Umm al-Fayd narrated to me, from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "Whoever says these words on the night of Arafah one thousand times, he will not ask Allah for anything except that He will give it to him, provided there is no sin in it nor severing of kinship ties: 'Exalted is Allah, He whose Throne is in the heaven. Exalted is Allah, He whose footstool is on the earth. Exalted is He whose path is in the sea. Exalted is He whose mercy is in Paradise. Exalted is He whose authority is in the Fire. Exalted is He whose mercy is in the air. Exalted is He whose decree is in the graves. Exalted is He who raised the heaven. Exalted is He who placed the earth. Exalted is He from whom there is no refuge except to Him.'"
