Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, he said: Salamah ibn Wardan narrated to us, he said: I heard Anas say: A woman came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, complaining to him of need. He said: "Shall I guide you to something better than that? You declare the oneness of Allah (tahlil) thirty-three times when you go to sleep, and you glorify Him (tasbih) thirty-three times, and you praise Him (tahmid) thirty-four times." He said: "That is one hundred times, which is better than the world and what is in it."
