Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:723

Sharīk and Abū al-Aḥwaṣ narrated to us, from Manṣūr, from Abū Mudrik, from Ibn ʿUmar, that he used to say when the deceased was placed into his grave—and Abū al-Aḥwaṣ said: "When he was leveled [with earth] over him": "O Allah, I have surrendered to You the wealth, the family, the kin, and the great sin, so forgive him."
