Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:725

Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Layth, from Mujahid, that he used to say: "In the name of Allah, and in the way of Allah, and upon the creed of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. O Allah, expand for him in his grave, and illuminate it for him, and join him with His Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, while You are pleased with him, not angry."
