Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:728

Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, who said: When you place the deceased in the grave, say: "In the name of Allah, and upon the religion of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace."
