Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:75

Ubayd Allah narrated to us, Isra'il informed us, from Abu Ishaq, from the one who narrated to him, from Ubadah ibn al-Samit, that he used to say: "O Allah, I ask You for security, faith, patience, gratitude, self-sufficiency, and chastity."
