Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Hashim al-Wasiti, from Abu Mijlaz, from Qays ibn ‘Abbad, from Abu Sa’id al-Khudri, who said: Whoever says, when he finishes his ablution, "Glory be to You, O Allah, and with Your praise; I bear witness that there is no god but You; I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You," it is sealed with a seal, then it is raised beneath the Throne, and it is not broken until the Day of Resurrection.
