'Abdah ibn Sulayman narrated to us, from Sa'id ibn Abi 'Arubah, from Qatadah, from Qasim al-Shaybani, from Zayd ibn Arqam, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Indeed, these privies are attended (by devils). So when one of you enters, let him say: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (al-khubuth wa al-khaba'ith).'"
