Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 21:782

Hushaym narrated to us, from Abu Ma'shar, from Abdullah ibn Abi Talhah, from Anas, that the Prophet (peace be upon him), when he would enter the privy, he would say: "In the name of Allah. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils."
