Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:128

Ghundar narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Simak, from Abu al-Rabi', from Abu Hurayrah, who said: Woe to the Arabs from an evil that has drawn near: the rule of the young boys. If they obey them, they will lead them into the Fire, and if they disobey them, they will strike their necks.
