Hadith 37:14
Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammam narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Jahada narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Tharwan, from al-Hudhayl, from Abu Musa, from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: "Break your bows—meaning during the tribulation—and cut the bowstrings, and stay in the innermost parts of your houses, and be in them like the better of the two sons of Adam."
حدثنا عفان قال حدثنا همام قال حدثنا محمد بن جحادة عن عبد الرحمن بن ثروان عن الهذيل عن أبي موسى عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال اكسروا قسيكم يعني في الفتنة واقطعوا الأوتار والزموا أجواف البيوت وكونوا فيها كالخير من ابني آدم
