Affan narrated to us, he said: Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, he said: Asim informed us, from Zirr, from Hudhayfah bin al-Yaman, who said: There will be a tribulation, and men will rise up for it and strike its nose until it departs. Then there will be another, and men will rise up for it and strike its nose until it departs. Then there will be another, and men will rise up for it and strike its nose until it departs. Then there will be another, and men will rise up for it and strike its nose until it departs. Then the fifth will be a dark, overwhelming one, gushing forth in the earth just as water gushes forth.
