Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:158

Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, he said: Fudayl ibn Ghazwan narrated to us, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said during the Farewell Pilgrimage: "O people, what day is this?" They said: "A sacred day." He said: "And what land is this?" They said: "A sacred land." He said: "And what month is this?" They said: "A sacred month." He said: "Indeed, your wealth, your blood, and your honor are sacred to you, like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this land of yours, in this month of yours." Then he repeated it repeatedly. He said: Then he raised his head toward the sky and said: "O Allah, have I conveyed?" repeatedly. Ibn Abbas said: By Allah, it was indeed his testament to his Lord. Then he said: "Beware, let the witness convey to the absent. Do not return after me as disbelievers, striking the necks of one another."
