Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:188

Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, he said: Hisham informed us, from al-Hasan, from Dabba ibn Mihsan, from Umm Salamah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There will be leaders whom you will recognize and [others whom you will] disapprove of. Whoever disapproves [of their evil] is absolved, and whoever dislikes [it] is safe. But [the one who is doomed is] the one who is pleased and follows." They said: "O Messenger of Allah, shall we not fight them?" He said: "No, as long as they pray."
