Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:208

Abu Khalid al-Ahmar narrated to us, from Humayd, from Anas, that Abdullah bin Salam asked the Prophet (peace be upon him): "What is the first of the signs of the Hour?" He said: "Gabriel informed me just now that a fire will gather them from the direction of the east."
