Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:229

Husayn ibn Ali narrated to us, from Za’idah, who said: Abu Husayn al-Asadi narrated to us, from Amir, from Thabit ibn Qutbah, from Abdullah, who said: Adhere to this obedience and the community (al-jama’ah), for it is the rope of Allah which He has commanded. Indeed, what you dislike in the community is better than what you love in division. Verily, Allah has never created anything except that He has set an end for it. This religion has been completed, and it is heading toward diminution. The signs of that are: the ties of kinship will be severed, wealth will be taken without its right, blood will be shed, and a relative will complain about his relative, yet he will not return to him with anything. The beggar will wander between two Fridays without anything being placed in his hand. While they are in that state, the earth will low like the lowing of a cow, and every group of people will think that it lowed from their direction. While the people are in that state, the earth will cast forth the pieces of its liver (its treasures) of gold and silver. After that, neither gold nor silver will be of any benefit.
