Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:285

Waki' narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, from Abu al-Bakhtari, who said: A man said, "O Allah, destroy the hypocrites." Hudhayfah said, "If they were destroyed, you would not be able to gain victory over your enemy."
