Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:294

Abdullah ibn Numayr narrated to us, he said: Al-A’mash narrated to us, from Abdullah ibn Tharwan, from Amr ibn Hanzalah, who said: Hudhayfah said: "Mudar will not leave a believing slave except that they will either persecute him, kill him, or Allah, the angels, and the believers will strike them until you cannot even defend the tail of a hill." A man said to him: "O Abu Abdullah, do you say this while you are a man from Mudar?" He said: "Shall I not say what the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said?"
