Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:301

Shababa narrated to us, from Shu'bah, from Yahya ibn Husayn, who said: I heard more than one person from the tribe narrating from their father, that he said to Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas: "What prevents you from fighting?" He said: "Not until they give me a sword that distinguishes the believer from the disbeliever."
