Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:302

Hawdha ibn Khalifah narrated to us, he said: ‘Awf narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Sirin, from ‘Uqbah ibn Aws, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr, he said: People will fight among themselves over a pre-Islamic claim at the killing of a leader or his expulsion. Then one of the two factions will appear victorious while it is humiliated. So those who are adjacent to them from the enemy will desire them, and they will march toward them, and people will plunge into disbelief, a deep plunging.
