Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:362

Husayn ibn Ali narrated to us, from Za'idah, from Simak, from Ikrimah, from Ibn Abbas, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said: "Indeed, the Dajjal is one-eyed, curly-haired, fair-skinned, and bright-faced, as if his head is a branch of a tree. He is the most similar of people to Abd al-Uzza ibn Qatan. As for those who perish, they perish, for he is one-eyed, and indeed Allah is not one-eyed."
