Hussayn ibn Ali narrated to us, from Za'idah, from Abd al-Aziz ibn Rufay', from Abu 'Amr al-Shaybani, from Hudhayfah, who said: The Dajjal will not emerge until there is no one absent who is more beloved to the believer than his emergence. His emergence is not more harmful to the believer than a pebble he picks up from the ground, and the knowledge of those nearest to him and those farthest from him is the same.
