Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:413

Abu Bakr narrated to us, he said: Malik ibn Isma'il narrated to us, he said: Zuhayr narrated to us, he said: Qabus ibn Abi Zabyan narrated to us, that his father narrated to him, he said: We mentioned the Dajjal, so we asked Ali: "When is his emergence?" He said: "He is not hidden from any believer. His right eye is obliterated, and between his eyes is [the word] 'Kafir' (disbeliever)." Ali spelled it out for us. He said: We said: "And when will that be?" He said: "When the neighbor boasts over his neighbor, and the strong eats the weak, and the ties of kinship are severed, and they differ like the difference of these fingers of mine." And he interlaced them and raised them like this. A man from the people said to him: "What do you command us to do at that time, O Commander of the Faithful?" He said: "Woe to you, you will not reach that." He said: So our souls were comforted.
