Waki’ narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Furat al-Qazzaz, from Abu al-Tufayl, from Hudhayfah ibn Asid al-Ghifari, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) looked out upon us from a room of his while we were discussing the Hour. He said: "The Hour will not be established until there are ten signs: the Dajjal, the smoke, the rising of the sun from its place of setting, the Beast of the Earth, Gog and Magog, and three landslides: a landslide in the East, a landslide in the West, and a landslide in the Arabian Peninsula. And a fire that will emerge from the depths of Aden-Abyan, driving the people toward the place of gathering; it will descend with them when they descend, and it will rest with them when they rest."
