Hadith 37:47
Waki’ narrated to us, from Ibrahim ibn Murthad, he said: My paternal uncle Abu Sadiq narrated to me, from Ali, he said: The Imams are from Quraysh. And whoever separates from the community by a span, he has removed the yoke of Islam from his neck.
حدثنا وكيع عن إبراهيم بن مرثد قال حدثني عمي أبو صادق عن علي قال الأئمة من قريش ومن فارق الجماعة شبرا فقد نزع ربقة الإسلام من عنقه
