Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:540

Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, he said: Fitr narrated to us, from al-Qasim ibn Abi Bazzah, from Abu al-Tufayl, from Ali, from the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, who said: "If there were not to remain of time except one day, God would send a man from my household who would fill it with justice just as it was filled with oppression."
