Hadith 37:55
Waki’ narrated to us, from ‘Abd al-Majid, from Abu ‘Amr, who said: I heard al-‘Ada’ ibn Khalid ibn Hawdha say: I performed Hajj with the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, during the Farewell Pilgrimage. I saw the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, standing in the stirrups, and he was saying: "Do you know what month this is? What land this is?" He said: "Indeed, your blood and your wealth are sacred to you, like the sanctity of this day of yours, in this month of yours, in this land of yours. Have I conveyed [the message]?" They said: "Yes." He said: "O Allah, bear witness."
حدثنا وكيع عن عبد المجيد عن أبي عمرو قال سمعت العداء بن خالد بن هوذة قال حججت مع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم حجة الوداع فرأيت النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قائما في الركابين وهو يقول تدرون أي شهر هذا أي بلد هذا قال فإن دماءكم وأموالكم عليكم حرام كحرمة يومكم هذا في شهركم هذا في بلدكم هذا هل بلغت قالوا نعم قال اللهم اشهد
