Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:619

Mu'awiyah ibn Hisham narrated to us, from Ali ibn Salih, from Yazid ibn Abi Ziyad, from Ibrahim, from Alqama, from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, who said: While we were with the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), some youths from Banu Hashim approached. When the Prophet (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) saw them, his eyes welled up with tears and his complexion changed. I said to him, "We continue to see in your face something that we dislike." He said, "We are the People of the House (Ahl al-Bayt); Allah has chosen for us the Hereafter over the worldly life. And my People of the House will surely encounter after me affliction, displacement, and banishment, until a people come from the direction of the East, having with them black banners. They will ask for the truth, but they will not be given it. Then they will fight and be victorious, so they will be given what they asked for, but they will not accept it until they hand it over to a man from my People of the House, who will fill it with justice just as they filled it with oppression. So whoever among you reaches that, let him come to them, even if crawling over snow."
