Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 37:634

Ubayd Allah narrated to us, from Shayban, from al-A’mash, from Salim ibn Abi al-Ja’d, from Abdullah ibn Amr, who said: "We indeed find in the revealed Book of Allah two types [of people] in the Fire: a people who will be in the end times, with them will be whips like the tails of cattle, with which they strike the people without any crime, and they do not put into their bellies anything but what is impure. And women who are clothed yet naked, deviating and causing others to deviate; they will not enter Paradise, nor will they find its fragrance."
