Hadith 37:79
Hafs narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Muslim, from Masruq, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Do not let me find you returning after me as disbelievers, striking the necks of one another. A man shall not be taken for the crime of his brother, nor for the crime of his father."
حدثنا حفص عن الأعمش عن مسلم عن مسروق قال قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم لا ألفينكم به ترجعون بعدي كفارا يضرب بعضكم رقاب بعض لا يؤخذ الرجل بجريرة أخيه ولا بجريرة أبيه
