Hadith 37:86
Abu Usama narrated to us, from Za'ida, from al-A'mash, from Abu Sufyan, from Ubayd ibn Umayr, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) went out to the people of the chambers and said: "The Fire has been kindled, and the tribulations have come like pieces of the dark night. If you knew what I know, you would have laughed little and wept much."
حدثنا أبو أسامة عن زائدة عن الأعمش عن أبي سفيان عن عبيد بن عمير قال خرج رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم إلى أهل الحجرات فقال سعرت النار وجاءت الفتن كأنها قطع الليل المظلم لو تعلمون ما أعلم لضحكتم قليلا ولبكيتم كثيرا
