Hadith 37:97
Abu Usama narrated to us, he said: Al-Ala’ ibn Abd al-Karim narrated to us, he said: A Bedouin of ours narrated to me, he said: I migrated to Kufa, then I took a stipend of mine, then it occurred to me to leave. The people said: "There is no migration for you." So I met Suwayd ibn Ghafala and informed him of that. He said: "I would have wished that I had a mount and what I could live by, and that I were in some of these outskirts."
حدثنا أبو أسامة قال حدثنا العلاء بن عبد الكريم قال حدثني أعرابي لنا قال هاجرت إلى الكوفة فأخذت أعطية لي ثم بدا لي أن أخرج فقال الناس لا هجرة لك فلقيت سويد بن غفلة فأخبرته بذلك فقال لوددت أن لي حمولة وما أعيش به واني في بعض هذه النواحي
