Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:111

Abu Mu'awiyah narrated to us, from al-A'mash, from Abu Salih, from Abu al-Ahwas, from Abdullah, who said: The house in which the Quran is not recited is like the ruined house which has no inhabitant.
