Hushaym narrated to us, from Abu Bishr, from Sa’id ibn Jubayr, from Ibn Abbas, who said: "The *Muhkam* was collected during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace," meaning the *Mufassal*.
