Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:164

'Abdullah said: "If it were made for someone [to receive] five she-camels if he prayed the morning prayer in the village, he would spend the night saying to his family: 'The time has come for me to depart.' By Allah, for one of you to sit and learn five verses from the Book of Allah is better for him than five she-camels, and five she-camels."
