Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:175

Al-Fadl ibn Dukayn narrated to us, from Fitr, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu al-Ahwas, from Abdullah, who said: "Whoever recites fifty verses in a night will not be recorded among the heedless. Whoever recites one hundred verses will be recorded among the devout (al-qanitin). Whoever recites three hundred verses, a qintar will be recorded for him. Whoever recites nine hundred verses, it will be opened for him."
