Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:241

Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, from Mughirah, from Ibrahim, who said: Alqama used to recite to Abdullah. He said: "Recite slowly (tartil), may my father and mother be sacrificed for you, for it is the adornment of the Quran."
