Musannaf Ibn Abi Shayba 22:302

Waki’ narrated to us, he said: Isra’il narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from al-Bara’, who said: The last surah that was revealed in its entirety is Bara’ah (al-Tawbah). And the last verse that was revealed in the Qur’an is: "They ask you for a legal ruling. Say, 'Allah gives you a ruling concerning the one who leaves neither ascendants nor descendants as heirs (al-kalalah).'"
